What we collect

Quote & contact forms — name, phone, email, service address, and carpet area. Used to prepare your quote and schedule your cleaning.
SMS communications — if you provide a phone number and opt in, we may send appointment reminders and service updates by text. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies.
Analytics — if we use analytics, it is privacy-first: no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no personal identifiers.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information to anyone, ever.
No third-party advertising pixels or remarketing trackers.
No spam — we only contact you about your cleaning appointment.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your record as long as needed to provide service and comply with basic business recordkeeping. To request deletion, call or text us at (801) 931-9318 or email hello@simplecarpetcare.com. We'll remove it within 7 days.

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
